How did you come across infoboss?
We were looking for recurring income opportunities. Before infoboss we generally had a month-long project, and then we would be looking for the next piece of business. I wanted to introduce a recurring, profitable, cash generating product to help our business security, cashflow and increase the company’s value.
Why did you choose infoboss?
Software is only as good as the quality of data inside. In our sector, lives can be put at risk without the correct knowledge and information. Following Grenfell, legislation is changing so the people managing this data are at risk from holding a poor data estate. Compliance, indemnity is changing – we wanted to put an onus on that.
We wanted to help all our clients and found that infoboss was the right fit. It was a superior product in terms of functionality, well priced, and easy to use – with a couple of hours training it can be used by our client’s team.
What were your clients pain points?
All Housing Associations have a strategy document which outlines several goals and ambitions – all of which need insight. The right information managed correctly will support the delivery on these goals.

Data management is fundamental for the success in business – you can be confident making good decisions based on accurate data. This drives people to want to get it right.
Any typical market drivers?
Two of the hottest technology topics currently are A.I. and process automation. Both of which are reliant on good quality data. To get your clients ready for A.I. – they need first class data, knowledge, and information management.
What works in the sales process?
Clients generally have a strategic ambition – to rationalise their software.
We have an obligation to help our client to use technology to run their business with accurate information, data insight, and the ability to make the right decisions.
So far, 100% of our clients go ahead after a pilot.
Are there any surprises for the client along the way?
How poor their information is. Problems are highlighted, and priorities change. The realisation data quality is something they must work on – it is a journey not a destination.
What has been the impact for 3C partnering with infoboss?
It has completely changed our delivery approach and helped us transform our business. We consider ourselves leaders in data business transformation and digital governance, risk and compliance. We could not have boasted this without infoboss.
